Complimentary Stock Awards
Earn Stock Awards for doing the same exact thing you would be doing at another brokerage. Agents earn shares of EXPI stock by achieving milestones:
- First transaction of the year ($200 worth of EXPI stock)
- Annual commission cap ($400 worth of EXPI stock)
- Introducing/sponsoring an agent's first sale ($400 worth of EXPI stock)
ICON Award: Agents who meet production and cultural standards can earn up to $16,000 in EXPI stock. To qualify, they must meet production requirements.
Residual Income
eXp Realty's Revenue Share program is a disruptive model that rewards agents for attracting quality agents to the company. The
7 level program offers varying commission percentages based on where the agent is in your sponsorship organization. The first level is for agents you personally sponsored, second for those sponsored by first level agents, and so on. For example, first level agents earn 3.5% commission, compared to 4.0% for second level agents. Contact your sponsor for more information. Note: All Revenue Share money is distributed out of company dollar and does not affect any agents commission.
Future Exit Plan
Agents of eXp Realty can gain ownership in the brokerage by participating in the eXp Stock Purchase Plan, also known as the "Agent Equity Program". Agent can contribute 5% of their commission towards EXPI stock
at a discounted rate of 10%. The Agent Equity Program coupled with stock awards and the Revenue Share program allow agents to have additional income streams while growing their real estate business.
